1-800-Haul-Out
Whole-House Cleanout Services
When a house full of items needs to go, the challenge is bigger than a single pickup. 1-800-Haul-Out helps plan and carry out whole-house cleanouts, including the lifting, loading, and hauling of accepted furniture, appliances, clutter, and debris.
Whether you are preparing for a move, handling a family property, or clearing space for its next use, start by showing us the areas involved and explaining your deadline.
Request a junk removal estimate or call 1-800-428-5688. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment; our team will contact you to confirm coverage, availability, and next steps.
What needs to be cleared?
A useful estimate starts with a complete picture of the job. Tell us whether the scope includes bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, basement, attic, garage, or outdoor storage. Identify what stays as clearly as what goes.
- Furniture, mattresses, tables, and shelving
- Accepted household appliances
- Boxes, general clutter, and unwanted household contents
- Other debris described and accepted in advance
Heavy, unusual, or potentially hazardous items require advance discussion. Do not assume every material can go in the same load.
One room, several rooms, or the entire property
You do not need to know the truckload count before contacting us. Photos of each area, a rough room-by-room list, and access details help us understand the scope. For large projects, we can discuss the crew, hauling requirements, and scheduling around the actual contents.
If you are coordinating the cleanout for someone else, tell us who will identify the items for removal and who can approve the work on site. Set aside valuables, documents, and anything that should remain before the crew begins.
A recent six-truckload cleanout
Our crew completed a house cleanout on Eastview Avenue in Feasterville-Trevose on October 15, 2026. Aaron, Ron, Joe, Oscar, Carlos, and Brendan removed furniture, appliances, and debris totaling approximately six truckloads and an estimated 12 tons.
Those figures describe that project, not a standard cleanout size or truck capacity. Read the project story.
How a house cleanout is planned
- Show us the scope. Send photos, the address, and the areas to clear.
- Explain the access and deadline. Include stairs, parking, elevators, and any property handover date.
- Confirm the work and price. Agree on the accepted items and removal arrangements before loading begins.
- Walk the crew through the property. Clearly identify what goes and what stays.
What affects the estimate?
The amount of material, its weight, and the work needed to remove it affect the estimate. Share photos, the pickup address, and details about stairs, elevators, parking, and unusually heavy items. We confirm the removal price before work begins.
Philadelphia and Pittsburgh coverage
Our Philadelphia operation serves Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware counties. Our Pittsburgh operation serves an area approximately a 50-minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. Send your pickup address or ZIP code so the appropriate team can confirm coverage.

House cleanout questions
Does everything need to be outside?
No. Tell us where the items are so we can plan the lifting and loading. Access and any unusually difficult removals need to be discussed in advance.
Can you finish before my closing or move?
Include the deadline when you request the estimate. We will confirm availability and scheduling based on the actual scope; a request alone does not reserve the date.
What if I only need a few large pieces removed?
We can discuss a smaller pickup. Send the item list rather than describing it as a whole-house cleanout.
